How do I find the right ink or paper for my plotter?

Start from the machine, not the cartridge. Open your printer's supplies hub on this page and it lists only the ink cartridges, printheads, roll and sheet media and accessories that the manufacturer documents as compatible with that model.

Do you carry supplies for discontinued plotters?

Often, yes. Supplies hubs exist for legacy machines as well as current ones, because cartridges and media for a discontinued printer frequently stay in production for years after the hardware stops shipping.

Are these genuine manufacturer supplies?

Every item listed is the genuine HP, Epson or Ricoh consumable for that machine. Compatibility is resolved from the manufacturer's own supply listings and product documentation, not from third-party cross-reference charts.

My printer came in 24-inch and 36-inch versions — which hub do I use?

The same one. Both widths of a model share a hub, because they take the same ink and printheads; the hub notes where a roll width differs between them.
