Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it. Effective July 30, 2026.
Who we are
PlotterPrinters.com is operated by Red Circle Solutions LLC, 110 Exmore Rd, Suite 2, Mooresville, NC 28117, United States. Phone: 980-536-0080. Email: sales@plotterprinters.com. This policy covers the plotterprinters.com website and store.
What we collect
Order information. When you buy from us or request a quote we collect your name, company (if given), email address, phone number, and billing and shipping addresses — the information needed to fulfill and support your order.
Payment information. Card payments are processed by our payment processor. Your full card number goes directly to the processor over an encrypted connection; we never see it and never store it. We retain only the order total, payment status, and the last four digits/card brand the processor reports back for receipts and support.
Account information. If you create an account, we store your login email and order history so you can track purchases and reorder supplies.
Chat conversations. Our site assistant (PlotBot) processes the messages you type in order to answer them, using an AI service operating under our instructions. Conversations may be logged to improve answer quality. Order-specific details are only ever shown in chat to the verified purchaser of that order. Please don’t paste payment card numbers or other sensitive data into chat — it’s never needed.
Technical data. Like nearly every website, our servers and content-delivery network log IP addresses, browser type, and pages requested. We use this for security, debugging, and aggregate traffic statistics.
Cookies
The store uses cookies to keep your cart and session working — these are functional, not advertising, cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart and checkout will not function without them.
How we use your information
- To process, ship, and support your orders, including sending transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping notice, receipts).
- To calculate and remit sales tax where the law requires it.
- To answer your questions and provide warranty or service support.
- To improve the site and our product analysis.
We send marketing email only if you have opted in, and every such email includes an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever. We share it only with the parties needed to deliver what you ordered:
- Shipping carriers (e.g., UPS) — name, address, and phone for delivery.
- Fulfillment and distribution partners — name and shipping address when an item ships to you directly from a distribution warehouse.
- Our payment processor — to charge your payment method.
- Government authorities — where required by law (for example, sales-tax filings) or valid legal process.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are retained as required for accounting, tax, and warranty purposes. Other personal information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (we must retain transaction records the law requires us to keep). California residents may additionally request disclosure of the categories of information we collect and share — described in full above — and will never be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Security
The entire site runs over encrypted HTTPS connections, we collect the minimum information needed to do business with you, and payment card data is handled exclusively by our PCI-compliant payment processor.
Children
This site sells professional printing equipment and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
