Is PlotBot free to use?
Yes. Buying and spec questions are open to every visitor. Step-by-step support from product manuals and order lookups unlock when PlotterPrinters customers sign in.
How is PlotBot different from a generic chatbot?
It only answers from PlotterPrinters’ own measured data and documents, and every factual sentence carries a citation. When the sources don’t contain an answer, it abstains instead of guessing.
Can PlotBot see my orders?
Only if you sign in to the account you purchased with. It can then list your orders, their status, and tailor support to the exact machines you own. Order data is never used for anything else.
What if PlotBot can’t answer?
It says so plainly and routes you to a human — the quote form or 980-536-0080. Unanswered questions are reviewed weekly and often become new guide content.
Does PlotBot quote prices?
It can cite point-in-time list prices from our catalog with their as-of date, but real pricing — including trade-ins and financing — comes from a human quote.
