By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Store Policies. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Use of the site & intellectual property

All content on this site — rankings, comparisons, buying guides, measured color data, photographs, page designs, and software — is owned by or licensed to Red Circle Solutions LLC and protected by copyright. You may view, download, or print pages for your own evaluation and for placing an order. You may not reproduce, redistribute, scrape, or republish site content without our written permission.

HP, DesignJet, Epson, SureColor, Canon, imagePROGRAF, Roland DG, and all other manufacturer names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners, used here to identify their products. Their use does not imply endorsement of this site by those companies.

Product information

We work hard to make our product data the most accurate available: specifications are compiled from manufacturer datasheets (cited on product pages), color performance is measured from official ICC profiles, and running costs are computed from real cartridge pricing. Even so, manufacturers change specifications without notice and errors are possible. Product information on this site is provided for guidance and does not constitute a binding description; confirm any specification critical to your purchase before ordering.

Pricing & orders

• All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price at checkout is the price you pay.
• Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order — for example where an item is out of stock, discontinued, or cannot be shipped to your address.
• Despite our automated safeguards, an obvious pricing error (for example, a machine listed at a small fraction of its actual price) does not obligate us to sell at that price. If your order is affected we will contact you with the correct price and cancel with a full refund if you don’t want to proceed.
• Sales tax is collected where we are required to collect it; see Store Policies.

Warranties

Products we sell carry their manufacturer’s warranty; warranty service on opened, used products is provided by the manufacturer, and we’re glad to help you start a claim. THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RED CIRCLE SOLUTIONS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA) ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH IT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security or disrupt service, no scraping or bulk-harvesting of content or data, no impersonation, and no abusive or unlawful content in any interactive feature. We may restrict access at our discretion to protect the site and its users.

Governing law & claims

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Iredell County, North Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Any claim arising from the site or a purchase must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim arises.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here with its effective date governs. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
