What AEC files and languages can the SC-T5200D-PS handle?

Its listed page-description languages are ESC/P-R, HP-GL/2, HP-RTL, and PostScript 3. That makes it relevant to CAD plotting and PDF-centered document workflows, subject to validation with your own driver and files.

Does this printer support Wi-Fi?

No. It has Gigabit Ethernet and USB 2.0 connectivity, so it is better suited to wired network deployment or direct USB use.
